Start the day with the work that needs a decision

A project board shows what is underway, but it can still leave you searching for the next decision. An overview of media review, ready posts and recent performance gives a busy founder a more useful place to begin.

Progress update from 17 April 2026. The overview was being implemented and polished at that point; linked help guides describe the current product.

TL;DR

Clipflow updates

  • A new overview brought together media to review, posts to publish, recent outliers and active projects.
  • Demo booking, support and help access were made more visible in the proposed starting experience.
  • The design aimed to serve existing teams as well as people opening Clipflow for the first time.

Putting it to work

  • Begin with the approval or correction that lets someone else continue.
  • Use a promising published result to inform the next brief.

Clear a decision before adding an assignment

Suppose an editor is waiting on your approval of a service explanation. Reviewing that file can unlock the next post. Opening the full project board and adding more ideas may feel productive while leaving the editor blocked.

The overview made review work visible at the starting point. Use the current media review guide for the actual review steps. Check the explanation and record a clear decision so the team knows what happens next.

Then check the ready posts. A ready item and its scheduled time tell you something different from a project being underway. The scheduling guide explains placement and the prerequisites for publication.

Bring one result into the next brief

The overview also highlighted recent outliers. Open a useful example and ask what the audience responded to. A strong opening, concrete demonstration or familiar question can become the starting point for another recording.

Write that decision with the project rather than asking the editor to guess why the post mattered. A short daily check can then connect yesterday's result, today's approval and the next useful answer your business will publish.
