Review the script before the team records it

An unclear explanation is cheaper to fix on the page than after a recording session. Page review in project share links gives a customer or teammate a place to suggest changes while the work is still easy to adjust.

Progress update from 30 May 2026. Linked guides cover the current workflow.

TL;DR

Clipflow updates

  • Project share links with Share All enabled gained page review.
  • Multiple projects could be selected and dragged together on the Kanban board.
  • New sub-projects inherited labels and assigned users from their parent project.
  • Instagram and TikTok publishing were still being worked through, not announced as fully available.

Putting it to work

  • Ask for feedback on the explanation before committing time to the edit.
  • Carry the right team and context into related pieces instead of rebuilding each assignment.

Review the part that is hardest to recover later

For an agency making a founder video, start with the claim the founder needs to approve. Does the script describe the service accurately? Is the example one the business can stand behind? Review those details before deciding whether the opening is entertaining enough.

Page feedback makes suggested changes visible inline. The share links guide explains today's sharing workflow. Check what the link includes before sending it, especially when sharing an entire project.

Once the explanation is agreed, related short cuts can become sub-projects. The week's inheritance change carried labels and assigned users into those projects. It removes repeat setup while preserving context for the people doing the work.

Check the new assignments rather than assuming inherited settings always fit. A short cut may have a different deadline or destination from the main video. Keep the shared explanation consistent while making each output's job clear.

This week: Another feature alone will not make a business better known. A reviewed customer explanation gives you useful material to publish; finding the audience and communicating the value still require deliberate work.
