New AI tools can make every week feel like a reason to redesign how the team works. Start with a narrower question: what specific job should the system make easier for the people creating your content?

Progress update from 6 March 2026. AI orchestration remained a proposed direction, rather than an available product feature.

TL;DR

Clipflow updates

  • The team was considering how content-specific context could make agent workflows useful.
  • Automated evaluation and orchestration were future ideas, with no implementation announced.
  • Keeping the product focused on making content was a central design principle.

Putting it to work

  • Choose one recurring handoff to improve.
  • Keep the brief, decisions and references attached to the actual work.

Find the interruption you can remove

If your editor repeatedly waits for a founder's explanation, another drafting tool may not solve the delay. A clearer brief and a regular review window might move the work further.

Pick a real assignment, such as an answer to a common customer question. Record the audience, intended takeaway and example with the project. The Project Pages guide explains keeping that material in one place.

Give the editor a decision they can make independently. They might choose the strongest opening while preserving the factual explanation, then ask the founder to review the claim before publication.

Keep the improvement small enough to check

Run that assignment through the workflow once. Did the editor need fewer clarifications? Did the review produce a clear next step? Those are useful outcomes to examine before changing the rest of the process.

Future agent workflows would need useful context and clear constraints. You can make the current workflow more useful with the same discipline: define the job, supply the relevant information and check the result before adding another moving part.
