Keep a small publishing routine during a busy season

Keep a small publishing routine during a busy season

Content often drops off just as the business gets busy. Helping a business owner restart recording made that constraint clear for our team. The useful question is how to keep a manageable routine going without relying on spare time appearing.

Progress update from 17 January 2026. Customer experiences are reported as examples, not proof that every lead change was caused by content alone.

TL;DR

Clipflow updates

  • Analytics integration approvals progressed, including LinkedIn.
  • Rich text editor improvements made writing interactions more familiar.
  • The team helped a business owner resume recording after a quieter content period.

Putting it to work

  • Choose a few customer questions you can answer in one short session.
  • Give the editor and reviewer a defined handoff so recording does not become another unfinished task.

Make the minimum routine useful

Start with a question buyers are already asking. Record the answer and one example, then give the editor the intended takeaway. A modest explanation you can finish is more valuable to the routine than a large production plan that keeps moving to next week.

Keep the brief attached to the project. The Project Pages guide explains organizing scripts, notes and references where the team works.

A business owner reported seeing fewer leads after content slowed. That experience was the reason for a new recording session, but it does not isolate every factor affecting demand.

Plan the review as well as the recording

Agree when the founder will review the first cut and what decision is needed. The current media review guide explains keeping feedback with the file.

Protect that small routine through the busy period. Once it works reliably, increase the scope around the team's actual capacity instead of assuming every week will provide more time.
