If your business is new to content, choose one platform where your customers are. Give yourself somewhere to learn before trying to keep several channels moving.
I've spoken to founders who already have a good business and want to start making content. They're new to the production work, rather than new to their industry. That experience gives them things to say, but they still need a manageable way to say them.
You don't have to start by talking on camera. A written post, a carousel or an image with a useful caption can be a starting point. Pick a format you can make and use it to show what you know.
I still think practising on camera is valuable. You won't get more comfortable with it by avoiding it forever. But fear of that first video shouldn't stop you from publishing anything at all.
I'd also look at the page from the perspective of someone deciding whether to follow it. A feed of generic product shots may not give them much reason to return.
What can you show about the work? What can you explain from your experience? What would make the page useful to the people you want to reach?
The first job is to build a process you can repeat. Once you understand how to create and finish content on one platform, you have something to build on.
Give yourself that starting point. You can add formats and platforms later, with a clearer idea of the work and the help you'll need.
