When a board includes every project, finding your next job can become a job itself. Custom views let a reviewer, editor or founder return to the work they actually need to act on.
Progress update from 10 April 2026. Linked guides describe the current product.
TL;DR
Clipflow updates
- Custom views could save project filters, tile details, colors and list or Kanban presentation.
- A saved view could become the default starting view.
- Link-based channel connection let a client connect without signing in.
Putting it to work
- Save a view around a real responsibility, such as urgent projects assigned to you.
- Keep enough context visible to understand the next action.
Give the reviewer a useful starting point
For a founder reviewing work twice a week, a view of urgent projects assigned to them is more useful than an unfiltered board. It reduces the search while preserving the project the decision belongs to.
Choose filters, select the details shown on tiles and save the result. The custom views guide covers today's workflow. Start with a single recurring task before creating a collection of nearly identical views.
Choose tile details that help that task. An editor may need the next assignment, while the founder needs the subject and priority. Color can make urgency visible, but the label should still explain what it means.
Keep client setup separate from team access
The other demonstration showed a connection link a client could open without signing into Clipflow. That reduces the separate coordination needed to connect their channel.
Use the current social account connection guide for setup. Connecting a channel and granting access to your whole workspace are different jobs, so check what you are sharing.
Return to the saved view on the next review day. If it consistently shows the right work and enough context to act, you have removed a small source of friction from every future check.
