How Share Links Work

Create a New Share Link

• Open the Share Links section of your project
• Click New Share Link
• A new share container will appear, ready to configure

Set Optional Expiry

• You can add an expiry date to limit access
• Or leave it blank to keep the link active indefinitely

Add a Custom Message

• Write a short note such as:“Please review and let me know your thoughts.”
• This appears at the top for anyone who opens the link

Selecting What to Share

Choose Specific Files

You can add:

• The latest version of a media file
• Thumbnails
• Packaging assets
• Any other items allowed by the project

Each item you add moves from the right side to the share list on the left.

Multi-Item Support

You can share:

• One asset
• A single version
• Or multiple files at once

This allows you to send exactly what the reviewer needs.

Sending the Link

• Click Copy Link
• Send it to anyone — client, friend, stakeholder, or collaboratorNo login is required.

What External Reviewers Can Do

People opening a shared link can:

• Read your message
• View the content
• Watch videos
• Leave comments
• Leave likesAll feedback is pushed directly into your Clipflow project, where your editor or team can respond. This keeps all review notes in one central place rather than scattered across Slack, WhatsApp, email, or text threads.
