How to book an onboarding call so we can set Clipflow up around the way your team already works
Book a free call with the Clipflow team to walk through your workflow, set up your workspace, and get your questions answered.

Get a guided walkthrough instead of working it out alone
If you would rather talk it through than click around, book a call with the Clipflow team. We look at how your team works today, show you how that maps onto projects, posts and review in Clipflow, and help you set up the first pieces while we are on the call. Calls are free, during a trial or after.
Book from inside Clipflow
- Open the Clipflow home screen. While you are getting set up it says Let’s Get Started.
- Click Book a Demo.
- Pick a time that suits you and add your details.
You get a calendar invite with the video link by email.
If none of the times work
The booking page shows times in your own time zone. If nothing lines up with your working day, message us instead and suggest a few times that suit you:
- In Clipflow, click Contact Support on the home screen
- Email support@clipflow.co
- Use the contact form if you cannot sign in
Get more out of the call
A few things make the time go further:
- Bring the people who run the work. The person who plans content and the person who edits it usually have different questions.
- Know your current setup. Which tools you use for scripts, files, review and scheduling, and where work gets stuck between them.
- Have a real project in mind. Something you are about to film or publish is easier to set up together than a made-up example.
- Agencies: know your client list. How many clients you run and who on your team works on each one. See Setting Up as an Agency for how clients fit in.
- Connect a channel first if you can. Then we can look at publishing on your own accounts. See Connect Social Platforms.
