How to create your Clipflow account and join the content workspaces you need

Create a Clipflow account, start a 14-day trial, verify your email, join organizations, and manage sign-in.

Updated

Start with one sign-in that can follow you across every client and brand

Your Clipflow account is your sign-in. It can belong to any number of organizations, so running a personal brand, an agency, and client workspaces never means logging out and back in.

That split matters for billing too: your account is free, and each organization carries its own subscription. See Plans and Billing.

Step 1: Sign up

  1. Go to app.clipflow.co/sign_up.
  2. Sign up with Google, or with a work email address and password.
  3. Choose Start 14 day free trial. No card is asked for.
  4. Confirm your email when the verification message arrives.

Signing up with Google skips the password entirely, which is what most teams choose.

Clipflow gives your workspace a placeholder name to get you in quickly. You set the real one a moment later in onboarding, so do not worry if the first thing you see is a name you did not choose.

Step 2: Verify your email

Clipflow sends a verification link as soon as you sign up. Until you use it, some actions stay locked and a reminder sits at the top of the app.

If the email has not arrived:

  • Check spam and promotions.
  • Confirm the address you typed. A typo in the domain is the usual culprit.
  • Use the resend option on the verification reminder.
  • If your company filters mail, ask IT to allow clipflow.co.

Step 3: Finish onboarding

New organizations walk through a short setup so the workspace is usable on day one:

Step What it asks for
Account Your name, your time zone, and your business website
Organization type Whether you are a brand, a creator, or an agency
Team setup Your team name and logo, replacing the placeholder
Invite team Who else needs access
Clients The brands you produce for, if you are an agency
Channels Connect where you publish
Upload media Get a real file into a project
What’s next Where to go from here

Set your time zone on the Account step rather than skipping it. Task deadlines and scheduled posts are all read against it. See Managing Your Profile.

You can skip steps and come back to them. Connecting a channel is the one worth doing early, because it triggers the automation that drafts your posts. See How Automations Work.

Signing in

Go to app.clipflow.co/sign_in and use whichever method you signed up with. If you signed up with Google, keep using Google: there is no password on the account to type.

Resetting a password

  1. On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Open the reset link from the email and set a new password.

Reset links expire, so request a fresh one if the link has been sitting in your inbox. If no email arrives, the address may be registered under a different spelling, or the account may use Google sign-in and have no password at all.

Joining an organization you were invited to

An invite email brings you to Clipflow with the organization already attached. If you do not have an account, you create one first and land in the workspace afterwards. Clients invited to review work follow the same path and see only what has been shared with them.

If an invite has expired, ask whoever sent it to resend from their team settings. See Managing Your Organization.

Tips and best practices

  • Use your work email. Access follows the address, and untangling a personal account from a company workspace later is tedious.
  • Set a profile picture. Comment threads and task assignments are far easier to read when faces are attached.
  • Check your time zone in your profile before scheduling anything. Posts publish against it. See Managing Your Profile.

Frequently asked questions

My workspace has a name I did not pick.

That is the placeholder Clipflow assigns at sign-up. Change it on the Team setup onboarding step, or later in organization settings.

Can I change the email on my account?

Yes, from your profile. You verify the new address before the change takes effect.

I signed up with email but want to use Google.

Sign in with Google using the same address and the accounts line up.

How many organizations can I join?

There is no limit. Switch between them from the organization switcher.

Do I need a separate account for each client?

No. One account, many organizations.

I never received my verification email.

Check spam first, then resend from the reminder in the app. Corporate mail filters are the next thing to rule out.
