Customizing explorer view

Filter and sort the project explorer so each teammate sees the view that fits their work.

How the Explorer Works

Personalized Layout

The Explorer shows sections such as:

  • Task Lists
  • Tools
  • Pages
  • Thumbnails
  • Media Files
  • Share Links
  • Linked Projects You can collapse or hide any section you don’t use.

Collapse What You Don’t Need

If certain features aren’t part of your workflow—such as:

  • Task lists
  • Tools
  • Pages
  • Share links
  • Linked projects You can collapse those sections to simplify your workspace.

Automatic Memory

Clipflow remembers your preferences. After you collapse or expand sections:

  • Refresh the page
  • Clipflow will keep your layout exactly as you left it
  • Every project you open will follow your saved preferences This helps you move faster and keeps your workspace clean and focused.

The Explorer view adapts to your workflow. Collapse the sections you don’t use and Clipflow will remember your setup automatically, making every project easier and faster to navigate.
