We're making it easier to find anything for larger organizations without tab switching and hunting for projects and files. Introducing content intelligence overview.

Changelog April 20th 2026 - Better Views, Easier Management

A new home for your organization

Running a content org means hopping. Between channels, between posts, between analytics tabs, between the people you work with. A lot of the day ends up going to checking on work instead of doing it.

We've been thinking about that, and this week we shipped our first real answer: the new Organization Overview Screen.

One screen, everything that matters right now

Organization Overview is the new landing page for your org. It pulls together what's actually happening, posts in motion, media waiting on review, where you left off, so you can make the next call without opening five other tabs.

It's designed to be the first thing you see in the morning and the last thing you check before logging off. When it's quiet, it helps you understand whats next. When something needs you, it's sitting right there.

This is the start of a broader shift in how Clipflow presents your work, less hunting, more context at a glance. There's more of it on the way over the next few weeks.

Bulk downloads on Posts

You used to click through media files on a Post one by one to pull them locally. Not anymore.

From both the Post Edit and Post Scheduler screens, you can now download every attached file in a single click. Individual downloads still live in the options dropdown when you only need one.

Crossposted views on Instagram analytics

Instagram view counts were never the full picture. When a post was crossposted to Facebook, those views lived on the other side of the wall, included with your reach numbers.

Hover the views label in Instagram analytics now and you'll see the true combined total across both platforms. No more spreadsheet math, no more under-counting or over counting. We've kept them combined so numbers are matching what's shown in instagram (which includes facebook cross post views by default) and won't double up numbers once facebook posts are syncing in.

Smoother platform connections

Connecting a new account runs through a single, consistent flow across every integration: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, all of them. And the moment you connect, sync jobs for posts and analytics kick off immediately, so your data starts populating right away.

A faster Posts & Analytics page

We reshuffled how the page loads so the things you came for show up first and the rest fills in behind them. Navigating between Posts and Analytics feels quicker.

A few smaller updates

  • The Media to Review module now only shows media tagged as Edited, so the queue stays focused on what's ready for review.
  • The Organization Overview screen wraps cleanly on mobile.
  • Improvements to mobile screens
  • Plus a round of stability and polish across the app.

Where this is heading

The Organization Overview is the first piece of a larger idea: Clipflow as a workspace you open and immediately understand, not a tool you have to navigate. More of that is shipping over the coming weeks.

For now, open the new overview and tell us what you think.
