Other alternative project management tools are built to work for any workflow, and that's great but it means to get what you actually need for a content creator there's a lot of workarounds and configuration required. Clipflow is designed to work right out of the box, and let you customise and configure it to your unique process, only when absolutely necessary. Streamlining the content creation journey from the storage and collection of initial ideas, through the planning, research and scripting of entire projects then holding your hand through filming the shots you need, the voiceovers, the b-roll and helping you manage team members if you've got them. Then once the content is ready to go, it'll help you schedule and publish on time. It's designed to optimize the best creator workflows on YouTube and ensure consistent, on time, quality content.

Our smart scheduling tool works based on the upload schedule you set to help you automatically assign projects to dates. You can apply it to your content pillars, set projects to specific dates that can't be adjusted, or allow all content to magically push forward if something needs to jump the queue. You'll be able to clearly visualise when you're missing a project from a spot you'd normally upload, and see if you're evenly distributing content across your defined content pillars.

Our framework for concept development, research, scripting and planning is in it's infancy, but it's guided by the best advise on the internet. Our goal is to open up the platform to allow templates from the best educators in the market to adapt their unique advice and techniques into a cohesive platform that guides you through the content production process in innovative, instructive ways. We're starting with a solid foundation of functionality to help you enhance the content quality and viewer engagement.

We offer a 30 day free trial, no credit card required. Which gives you full and complete access to all of Clipflow's features. This will allow you to explore how our project management, scheduling and idea collection work to the fullest, transforming your content creation process without any risk or initial investment. Once the 30 day trial is up, you'll be prompted to subscribe based on the level of usage (i.e if you've got multiple channels you'll be put on to the studio plan) or you can ask us to discard all the content created and we part ways. No hard feelings.

Clipflow is cloud-based. Accessible on any web browser across desktop, mobile, tablet. There are no specific system requirements, except for an internet connection. Making it accessible to creators globally. We don't have any current plans to support offline usage.

Security is a core priority. We use industry standard encryption and security to protect your data. Your ideas, scripts and project plans are securely stored and only accessible to you and those you specifically invite to work with you.

The lowest tier package has almost every function of clipflow and is perfect for most creators starting out. Subscription plans are available for a solo creators, or someone who wants to work with a couple of editors/team members. We don't charge per user, so you're not limited to costs based on your team size. Our highest tier subscription unlocks the ability to manage multiple channels for power users.
